What you're buying

GroomScreen is a tool that lets your clients send you photos of their dog before they book, so you can send back a price you can stand behind. You pay once, and you keep access.

Your account

The account is yours and it's for one salon. Keep your login link to yourself — anyone who has it can get into your account.

Your data, and your clients'

What goes in is yours: your clients, your prices, the photos they send you. We don't sell it and we don't hand it to anyone else. We store it to make the tool work, and we can give it back to you or delete it if you ask.

The photos your clients send are photos of their dogs. Tell them what you're using them for — the tool shows them, but the relationship is yours.

What the price is, and isn't

GroomScreen works out a price from what your client tells you and from the prices you set. It's an estimate that helps you decide — it isn't a promise made on your behalf, and the final price is always yours to set.

When things break

We'll fix what breaks as fast as we can, but we can't promise the tool is never down and we can't cover what a bad day costs your business. If it stops being worth it, that's what the refund is for.

If we have to close your account

Only if it's being used to break the law or to hurt someone. If that happens you'll hear from us first, unless we can't.
